Flat Rack Shipment

Flat racks are primarily used for cargo too big to fit in a container, known as out of gauge cargo. These would only be used where the vehicle is too big for a standard container and Ro-Ro is either unavailable or is not as economical of an option.

Ro-Ro Shipment

Roll on - roll off is a very common method of vehicle transport. Available as an alternative method of shipment which can prove more cost effective than containerisation. It can also provide a solution to vehicles too big to fit in a container, like large vintage cars from the USA.

Container Shipment

Older vehicles are commonly quite small or are at the least not overly wide. This allows for easy containerisation, often accompanying caravans which we commonly ship. Due to them not needing the headroom of a high cube container, they can also be loaded unaccompanied in a 20 foot container.

Flat Rack Shipment Flat racks are ideal for plant machinery as it is usually out of gauge and if moving multiple items, flat racks provide a solution to pack them together as one ‘package’.
Ro-Ro Shipment For self propelling or equipment which can be towed, Roll-on roll-off allows for shipping without the need for container/flat rack loading facilities, only transport to and from the port.

Container Shipment

Often times plant equipment and machinery is out of gauge, and wouldn’t fit into a container. It is possible however, especially when the equipment is disassembled allowing for a very economical method of shipment.
